Settlement Foundation Engineering Evaluation

We offer settlement foundation inspection services for homeowners and also for real estate transactions. Please contact us if you are planning to sell and/or buy and like to have a foundation settlement inspection performed by our engineering specialist.

The engineering evaluation includes a licensed engineer of California stamped report.

• Engineer Stamped Report and Unscaled Floor Plans

We offer a discount for future Foundation Structural Plans, Geotechnical Foundation Reports if we prepare the initial foundation settlement (inspection) letter report.

Earthquake Retrofit Inspection

The Earthquake retrofit inspection includes on-site investigation from the qualified staff specialist.  The Earthquake Retrofitting is a preventative measure to increase structural integrity and protection in an earthquake.

The Earthquake retrofit inspection will include the following:

• Summary report and recommendations

Observation Report

The specialist evaluation includes an observation report that includes the following.
